Warranty & Replacement Information
Honor in Blue is pleased to offer a 5 year warranty on our watches. Simply contact us with your order information. Don't have your order number? No problem. We will look you up. If your watch stops working or breaks, we will attempt to repair the watch. If we cannot repair it, we will send you a replacement watch. If the watch style changes for any reason or is discontinued we will send you a similar model.
Battery Replacement is not covered. Any watch returned that needs a new battery will be subject to a charge of $10.00 plus battery cost. You should consider changing the battery if you believe it might be the battery. Ask us for our advice if needed.

Your name, address, phone number, email address and a description of what is wrong with the watch.
